About The Book
misjudged
Misjudged is not written to impress; it is written to be real. It opens with a life that never began gently. Born premature, unwanted, and sent away as an infant, Junias grows up navigating rejection before she even understands what love should feel like. What follows is not a straight path, but a series of moments that break, reshape, and challenge her identity.
This is a story of survival in its truest form. Childhood trauma, abuse, disbelief, abandonment, and the emotional weight of being unheard all build into a life that constantly demands strength. Yet, this is not just about pain. It is about what happens after, when a person keeps going despite everything.
The book moves through loneliness, destructive choices, unstable relationships, and moments of complete collapse, while quietly holding onto something deeper: the possibility of healing.
It does not offer perfect answers. It offers truth. And in that truth, there is something powerful: recognition, connection, and the reminder that survival itself is a form of courage.
